[Clas12_rgb] RGB meeting tomorrow (2/22), tentative agenda

Hello Stepan and Valery,
I agree with your views, and I was not planning to switch magnet 
configuration anytime soon. I just put the item in agenda to make sure 
everyone is aware of the issue and we can try to reach to a common 
agreement among all spokespersons.
