Dear Annalisa,
Here are the timelines, along with some notes:
https://clas12mon.jlab.org/dilks/rgk_test/timeline/
-- beam spin asymmetry
- pi+ beam spin asymmetry has the wrong sign, likely because RGK helicity
assignment is opposite what RGA and RGB use; it's simple to fix and
can be
done later when reading pass1 data. It is also interesting to note
that the
magnitude of the pi+ asymmetry is around 4% for RGK, but for RGA and
RGB it
is 2%.
-- electron trigger yield normalized values
- the four runs have a wide range of FC-normalized electron trigger yields;
therefore the QA cuts are defined separately for each run. These
normalized
yields are nearly constant within each of the runs, except for the
first file of run
5958 (but that's perfectly normal, sometimes the first or last file
of a run does this)
All the other timelines look normal, but there is a jump in the pion pT
between 5823 and 5893, as well as x and Q2
I've also attached some slides which describe how the QA works, but they
are a bit out of date; in particular, an issue regarding the livetime
was fixed, so there's no longer a need for a livetime>1 defect bit.
