[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics on Forward Carraige Level 3

Dear Eugene and Valery, 

Eugene,
We will need about one rack total for the RICH electronics. Attached is an updated the drawing from Marc of the racks C3-4 and C3-5 on the Forward Carriage, one is a close up on the racks, the other a farther away view. In the drawing, C3-4 shows the RICH cRIO chassis and FTOF HV supply, C4-5 shows the RICH CAEN SY4527 and R649 distribution with the LTCC HV supply below. In Hall B, there is currently only the LTTC HV supply in rack C3-5 with 20.5U of free space above it. This free space should be enough for the RICH HV supply and a VXS crate for the electronics readout. 

After discussion, DSG determined it would be best to put these electronic components in the available space in the rack that is close to the cRIO chassis since the detector will be relatively near those  racks once installed and it would also allow for shorter connections for the HV/LV interlocks to the cRIO.

Valery,
Is the quantity of components you mentioned yesterday for two RICH modules? If not, rack space will also be needed for the HV and electronics readout for the second RICH that will be built. Looking in Hall B today, rack C3-7 would have space. Attached are pictures from today of that rack.
