[Clas12_rich] Small cleanroom drawing

Hi Marco,

There are two 3'x3' (1" spacing of 1/4-20 threaded holes) optical tables that were used for SVT assembly that are in the big cleanroom (EEL/124).

They're not being used right now, but I'm not sure if they're scheduled to be used for anything else in the future.
