[Clas12tdg] CLAS12 system portfolio

Dear all,

As we discussed at the Hall B meeting we want to put together a 
Portfolio for each one of the CLAS12 systems including a summary of 
CLAS12. This was triggered by the request from the Temple review to do 
that for the SC magnets.

Attached you will find the template to complete and an example of the 
TORUS which is not completed yet.

We will review them at the TCB meeting this Friday and we will make them 
available for the Lehman Review.
