[clas_members] comment paper for opt-in

Hello Ken and collaboration;

I have read the comment paper. I have a few suggestions for changes,
but first I want to address a general point to the whole collaboration.

I think that we should comment on the arXiv paper as a collaboration and
not as individuals. Therefore, I think we should follow collaboration
rules and have the comment paper vetted by an ad-hoc committee, followed
by membership review and opt-in or out. This process needn't take long.

 				my thoughts, Mac
