[clas_members] New requirement for international students,

Dear Reinhard,


Since it may difficult to get the letter from the international office with very short notice, so I asked if it is okay to use the letter from the physics department. Jlab JRIS said it is okay only for this time, next time should be from International office. Attached is the letter that I upload for the institution approval.

Dear all,

Just for the information, now all international students require institution approval letter from the university international office to visit JLab. So it is better to plan the visit ahead since the university international office usually very busy with issuing I20 and OPT documents.
