Well-written paper; very nice cross section data; the discrepancies with calculations will be a challenge for the model-builders.
Check a few things you don't want to rely on a journal editor to have to fix:
1) Improper quote directions
2) Sentences that start with a variable
3) Instances of "the the"
4) Unneeded "the" in the line before Eq. 10
5) Caps on things like "Section 2"
6) ...of one pi+ in the event... (first paragraph of Section E)
7) ...both pi+'s (you need to make pi+ plural).
8) Section G 1st paragraph ...that best fit the K* data
9) Same section... the energy bin size was 0.1 GeV
10) Top of page 7, right-hand column there is an undefined figure reference
11) In the same paragraph "in Figs. 9 for the..." is missing something
12) Monte Carlo simulation (it's slang to just say Monte Carlo)
13) Incoming photon energies RANGE from 1.7 to 3.9 GeV (FIG 6.)
14) After FIG 6, Isobar models CONTAIN tree-level Feynman diagrams...
15) FIG7: Differential cross sections ... with fits. Incoming photon energies RANGE from ...
16) (O-N-H) Model [move the parenthesis]
17) from THE O-K model
18) ,which include additional diagrams for most well-established (3 and 4-star...
19) from the O-K Model I and II (you use 'form' instead of 'from' and need a 'the')
20) but the isobar model compares more favorably...
