Hey All.... The upgrade is complete.... Thanks Dana and David.... Please be sure to clear your cache.... We have seen a need to do this.... See below, you will find the instructions you need to follow to clear your cache...
If the cache clearing does not work, please reboot your computer, just to verify you didn't leave the browser open.... Because we all use different methods to connect, you need to consider which system you use to access Costpoint and clear the cache on that specific system (e.g. your physical laptop, the VDI, or your system in the office).... I'll be in the office by 7:30am...if you still have problems....Ping me on Teams...

Subject: Costpoint Upgrade Scheduled for Monday at 5:00pm
All,
We will be performing an upgrade to Costpoint and Timekeeping (T&E) on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 5:00pm. For Costpoint users, please be sure to exit the system by 5:00pm on Monday. Provided the upgrade runs as anticipated, we will again be operational the following morning. Please be aware of the following:
* When Costpoint/T&E is upgraded, the primary problems are associated with clearing the browser cache
* Anyone who is having trouble should be directed to the Payroll website for instructions for clearing their cache https://www.jlab.org/finance/payroll

Finally, thanks again for everyone's hard work on completing the final testing during this busy time. I will be available bright an early Tuesday morning for any problems we encounter...
