Temple University  invites applications for a post-doctoral research 
position in experimental nuclear physics. The position is renewable for 
up to three years with a starting date as early as June 01, 2010. The 
position supports our research program at Jefferson Laboratory which 
includes spin structure of the nucleon (SANE, d2n  experiments at 6 GeV 
and a series of approved experiments at 12 GeV upgrade) and the nucleon 
electromagnetic properties in nuclear medium (Coulomb Sum Rule 
Experiment). We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to our 
current  physics program, the 12 GeV upgrade physics program and the   
Electron Ion Collider physics studies. The researcher has a choice to be 
based at Jefferson Lab in Newport News, VA or at Temple University in 
Philadelphia, PA. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in experimental nuclear 
or particle physics with experience in both software and hardware.
