GORDON CONFERENCE ON PHOTONUCLEAR REACTIONS
August 1 - 6, 2010
Tilton, New Hampshire

The upcoming Photonuclear Reactions Gordon Conference will take place
from August 1 - 6 (Sunday evening - Friday morning), in Tilton, New
Hampshire.
The conference program is near-final and accessible from
    http://www.grc.org/programs.aspx?year=2010&program=photonuc.
If you are considering attending, please register now! We are close to an
attendance level again that risk putting this conference on probation or
losing it, due to a relatively large amount of recent cancellations.

Given that the Photonuclear Reactions Gordon Conference has been in
existence for over 40 years, has a proud tradition in this field, and that
Gordon Research Conference series are well recognized in many areas of
science
within the USA and around the world, it deserves your support. To
continue to
have a thriving and vigorous Gordon Conference within our discipline sends
a positive message to our colleagues in other disciplines regarding the
health
of our research field.

The Photonuclear GRC, on the campus of Tilton School, has historically
provided ample and unique opportunities for young physicists and leading
researchers to interact both formally and informally. With support from the
Gordon Research Conferences, and contributions from Jefferson Laboratory
and
the Massachusetts Institute for Technology, we have secured funds to
cover the
local conference support for over 40 young scientists to attend the
Conference,
so this should be a lively conference. Please show your support by
considering
to register.

Best regards, Rolf Ent, Misak Sargsian and Marc Vanderhaeghen

(Chairs of 2010 Gordon Research Conference on Photonuclear
Reactions)
