The DOE Office of High Energy Physics is seeking applications for a 
full-time, permanent federal staff position as Physicist.

This incumbent in this position serves as a recognized expert and 
technical authority in all aspects of science program management, 
including program planning, program budget formulation, program 
implementation, and program evaluation; and provides expert scientific 
and technical advice and analysis to the supervisor for the purpose of: 
establishing Office research goals in complex and evolving research 
areas; formulating effective policies and procedures for planning, 
directing, and implementing the research and measuring its performance; 
and analyzing policy implementation in order to significantly impact 
program function  and efficacy.
