[Cuga] EIC Users group meeting and hotels- A message from Barbara Jacak

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The next Electron Ion Collider (EIC) Users Group meeting will be held at 
UC Berkeley's Le Conte Hall from January 6-9, 2016. We hope to see you 
there.

The aim of the meeting is to bring enthusiasts and users of the future 
Electron Ion Collider together to initiate discussions and activities 
which will help get the EIC to the next stage, following the positive 
recommendation in Nuclear Science Advisory Committee’s Long Range Plan.

The meeting will focus on:

a) continued development of the science case beyond the WP and LRP,

b) EIC detectors and R&D,

c) organization of the EIC User Group,

d) next steps.

interested in participating in this meeting. * Many of the housing 
blocks expire in early December, and registration closes December 18th,
