[Cuga] Initial Stages 2019- a message from Abhay Deshpande

Dear Colleagues,

Initial States has traditionally been a meeting of the heavy Ion community, but recent results from RHIC and LHC, have made the connections to DIS, both at fixed target and (future) Collider, extremely relevant. JLab and EIC will appear in the discussions prominently. Please consider participation.

We are pleased to announce that Initial Stages 2019, the 5th International Conference on the Initial Stages in High-Energy Nuclear Collisions, will take place at Columbia University from June 24-28, 2019.
