[Cuga] Planning for the upcoming Emergency Management (EM) exercise on September 9 - A message from Tina Johnson

We have been tasked with ensuring our  user community participates in the upcoming Emergency Management (EM) exercise on September 9th by following the guidance provided through the RAVE messages. RAVE messages, as you know (or may not know), come to your Jlab email, text messages to your cell phone, and by phone call.  JLab Management expects all participants to actively engage in the exercise.
If a user has not yet registered their cellphone in JList, they can do so by following these steps:

  1.  Sign in to the JList system<https://misportal.jlab.org/jlist/> to edit your personal contact information. Search for your profile.

  2.  Click the Contact tab.

  3.  Select Edit My Info at the bottom of the page.

  4.  Enter your mobile number and carrier under the Personal Phones section.

  5.  Select your desired notifications.

Please note: If you change your cell phone number or carrier in the future, you’ll need to update this page.


On exercise day, evaluators will be positioned across the site to observe how participants respond to the RAVE messages.

Exercise announcements will also be included in the weekly briefs starting two weeks prior to September 9th.
