POST-DOCTORAL POSITION AT RUTGERS UNIVERSITY
The intermediate energy nuclear physics group has an opening for a
post-doctoral research
associate beginning Jan 1, 2010. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in
experimental nuclear or
particle physics. The successful candidate will be expected to make
major contributions to the
commissioning, running, and data analysis of the MINERvA experiment at
FNAL. A good knowledge
of C++ is a plus, but not required. The candidate will also have
opportunities to participate in
experiments at JLab and FNAL experiment 906.
The appointment will initially be for one year. Renewal for a second
year is highly likely, but contingent
on funding and job performance. Interested candidates should submit a
