Dear EIC Detector R&D Contacts,

A preliminary agenda for the next meeting of the EIC R&D Detector
committee on January 22-23, 2015 is available.

You can view it here:

Please distribute it among your R&D group but be aware that
changes on the specific time line are still possible.

I tried to have all presentations on Thursday so that everyone
has a fair chance to work on their homework assignment (if any)
in the evening. On Friday we will have only one public session
for answers to questions by the committee (homework session).
The close-out is planned to take place before noon.

I currently list the contact persons as speakers. Should the
speaker be different, please let me know soon.

Needless to say that I ask all speakers to make every effort to prepare
their presentation such that they fit in the allocated time slot.
