[Dlsupport] Lastest version of the nomenclature for the 4F region

I updated a few things on the 4F nomenclature document.  The DH correctors were changed to DJ correctors and the correctors upstream and downstream of the solenoid had to be changed out for a different style.  The upstream is called an MAT coil.  We are trying to come up with a name for the downstream coils.  I added column K, which has notes on changes made since the last version.
