[Dsg-halla] Replacement schedule of Hall A PLC in Dynapower MPS

Hi Jack,
I'll be tied up with other work for most of April, but I think we can still at least start on preparing to swap the PLCs out.
The first thing we need to do is test and verify that the current PLC does what it's supposed to.
I was thinking that a subset of what Dynapower did would be a good starting point?

So when you (or whoever from Hall A can help with this) are available we can do the first test and come up with a new procedure that would be followed when the upgraded PLC is installed.
