[Dsg-halla] Found one cracked light guide this morning

Hello Bogdan,

This morning, we were wrapping light guides with foil. As we picked them up to move them, we inspected the light guides and found one module where there was a slight crack between the light guide and lead glass.

We set it aside on the metal shelf with a label stating it is cracked.
