Bogdon,
We will be able to fabricate the short HCAL cables, as you requested today.
To summarize your request, you will deliver to us long lemo-to-BNC cables and lemo and BNC connectors. These cables will be cut down to a specified shorter length, the cut end terminated with the needed connector (lemo or BNC), cable tested, and cable labeled. You need ~400 cables.
