Hi Bogdan and Albert,

We have received a quote for custom silicon heaters with built in temperature sensors. The manufacture specified the max temperature to 250 degrees Celsius. The total watts per heater is 125.

The quote states the operating voltage is 120VAC, but I have confirmed that 48VDC will work as well. I am still waiting on specifications for the current, which will be higher if you use the lower voltage.

The cost for a test amount of 10 heaters with built in temperature sensors and 96" cables is $825 (total). We can get these in-house within 2 weeks of an order.

The cost per heater for the full compliment is $57.50 per heater.

I am including the quote and a materials composition specification.
