[Dsg-ft] [Dsg-internal] FT location in EEL 125

dear marco,

as of now, since the schedule calls for the FT move to be in november, 
we do not want to concern ourselves with moving the FT to the corner.
as you point out, if for some scheduling reason the FT move is delayed, 
we may re-consider the option.

p.s. leaving the backdoor accessible provides an independent entry for 
the  to SVT/MM and RICH.
as the MM schedule is not clear, and the video points out that the RICH 
detector could move in/after/ the MM has been taken into the clean room 
for assembly, it would be prudent to keep both accesses available.
