[Dsg-htcc] MFC flow readings

Nick/Youri,

Marc and I found that the error with the flow reading back is due to the fact that the EPICS PVs needs to be renamed and the code was still using the old name. It just so happened that Wesley switched over when you guys were also messing with the cables.

I was going to simply remove the writing to EPICS functionality (so you'd at least get the display to work on the local screen), unfortunately with the CC network maintenance going on I can't get a license from the LabVIEW server right now (or even check my email locally, thankfully Zimbra still works).

So as Nick discovered the flow setpoint control does still work, however the read back functionality for the MFC (and writing to EPICS) is broken until we get a chance to update the code tomorrow.
