[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Time gaps in Fast-DAQ data

Hello Nick and Wesley, 

I have a few questions regarding the time gaps we are seeing in the EPICS Fast-DAQ and the Fast-DAQ data recording process: 

1. Is this a new problem? Were the time gaps seen in data from full-current commissioning in Fall 2016? 

2. Is there anything done to the Fast-DAQ data arrays after they are sent from the cRIO to EPICS? I am unsure of where the time gaps could be coming from as they do not also appear on the EPICS Live Fast-DAQ screen. 

3. Do we know if the time gaps are happening at regular intervals? Looking at the recorded data during today's ramp to 1900 A, it doesn't seem like all voltage taps drop out at the same time.
