Folks, 
I've updated the procedure and left all comments and changes shown. 
This makes it a bit harder to read/follow but one can see where it all came from. 
Many of the changes resulted from the variable name changes. 

Other changes came from better understanding of how the torus/buffer dewar could be effected by the solenoid. 

And yet other changes came from more understanding and more questions about the solenoid. 

I hope you can take time to look through this in detail, and add comments or send me suggestions. 

I have also attached the P&ID's for the Solenoid and DBX as well as the latest on the PID spread sheet, and the force limit spread sheet from Renuka
