[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Hall B - Solenoid fast dumped - Probir and I are heading to the counting room

Hello, 

It seems like the solenoid fast dump was initiated by QD#2 channel 2 lower. 
See attached screenshots with the PLC SOE timestamps that indicate the sequence of the solenoid trips.
