Per email from Probir the thresholds for Comparator 4 and 6 (which correspond to the lead splices) have been increased from 0.08 to 0.105

C4 = VT17 + VT18 + VT19
C6 = VT1 + VT2 + VT3

PLC tags are C4_Threshold and C6_Threshold in the Software_Quench_1st routine.
