[Dsg-mvt] Key Access to the EEL gas cage

Hi John,

We have two collaborators from Saclay (Guillaume and Maxime) who have 
completed pressure systems awareness so they can connect gas bottles for 
the MVT detector in the EEL clean room. They now need access to the 
cage. Can you arrange to have them trained to use the Keywatcher Box?
