so, hall B has to wait for the flammability evaluations and recommendation. 
puzzled by this situation, as the requirement for the flammability evaluation was pointed out to the MVT group and Hall B in an e-mail sent on July 6, 2016 ERR @07:23:34 .

FYI, I met earlier today with Matt Marchlik, MVT Pressure System DA, and Timothy Minga, Jlab Fire Protection Engineer. Timothy Minga has begun his fire protection assessment of 96B for the MVT gas mixing system.
