[Dsg-mvt] [New Logentry] MFC Temperatures

That was the plan, but so much for the best laid plans...

I had to work with Marc to debug DC mixing anyway so figured might as well get the changes implemented to MVT mixing before beam arrives.

At least from the initial data it looks like MFC temp (deg C) is quite strongly correlated with the outside temperature (deg F).
