[Dsg-mvt] Request new manometer for Eel premix gas system + interlock

Just to keep everyone in the loop, Matt let us know that we couldn't put a lower range gauge on the existing regulator, so that option is out.

However, we found another pressure regulator with the same part number that we're going to swap out later today when MVT isn't taking data.

We've confirmed that with this one both the high and low pressure gauges display a value; the high isn't much off the peg and barely gets past the first mark on the gauge, but it does work.
