[Dsg-mvt] Request new manometer for Eel premix gas system + interlock

So the problem was just the previous bottle was almost out of gas which is why it didn't register on the gauges.

Marc and I moved the old regulator setup (so no changes were made) to a new bottle and it works fine, see attached picture.

We're going to work with Matt on getting a lower gauge for the high pressure side.
