*Description:* Electrical hookup for gas cylinder blanket on hydrogen 
target gas pad behind counting house *Long Description:* The location is 
the Hall B hydrogen gas pad behind the counting house. A gas cylinder 
heater blanket needs electrical hook up on this gas pad. There are spare 
circuits on the elect panel. Place a power switch in line to allow 
blanket to be turned off when not needed. - Schedule Considerations - 
-Explaination: Equipment neeeded for DECember experiment in Hall B - 
EH&S Considerations - -Minimum Access Training Requirements: None -Other 
Requirements or Special Conditions: Hazardous Materials, Other [Location
