[Dsg-mvt] PR for MVT pre-mix

thanks for letting me know george. 
this is mvt's decision. 
like you, i don't understand why the premix will not work. 
if the mixed system doesn't work due to unforeseen problems, and there is not adequate amount of pre-mix available......, it is not our problem. 
can't do much about it. can we? 
let's forget the gas order.
