[Dsg-mvt] PR for MVT pre-mix

Dear Amrit, Dear George, Dear all,

I think there was a misunderstanding.

My priority is to have the mixing system ready as soon as possible. I am 
afraid that using premix bottles in parallel, I might slow down the 
progress on the mixing system.

By discussing with George, I understood that it is very unlikely that 
the mixing system will be ready for beam because of the temperature 
requirements of isobutane and MFCs.

In that case, if JLab or Hall B are willing to buy premix bottles to 
cover the engineering run, I ll take them gladly (_We_ will take them 
because there is also FTT).
