Gasline purged and gases are currently being mixed - Buffer tanks have been purged. I have just restarted the mixing system.

No HV for micromegas should be turned ON without the expert.

Per discussions with Maxime the logic for the MVT system has been changed to match the DC mixing setup.

Namely it uses a state machine to either have the flow increasing or decreasing based on two pressure setpoints. It still has a max pressure limit (set to 20 psig) where the flow will be set to 0, otherwise if the logic is as follows:

Increasing mode: if pressure >= PHigh go to decreasing mode, otherwise stay in increasing mode
Decreasing mode: if pressure <= PLow go to increase mode, otherwise stay in decreasing mode

Currently, PHigh = 16 psig & PLow = 8 psig


Since the buffer tank has an unknown quality mixture due to the previous fluctuations it probably should be vented and purged with Ar before starting again.
