[Dsg-mvt] [New Logentry] Unstable Isobutane Flow

Maxence reported that the C4H10 flow had become unstable, after looking into it some it appears it was due to the differential pressure across the MFC wasn't high enough to maintain flow.

After increasing the pressure on the regulator flow became stable again.

I've since lowered the high pressure point (PHigh from previous entry, when the mixing starts to try lower the flows) to 13 psig from 16 psig.

Mix 2 was performing nicely already, Mix 1 doesn't appear to be dropping in pressure despite the in flow being half of the demanded flow.
