[Dsg-mvt] Mix 1 Setpoint

Hi Brian,

Can you please indeed set the maximum flow rate at 1391. We will never 
reach such value.

Also, can you set the max pressure in tank 2 at 15 psi since the 
isobutane pressure is set at 25psi upstream of the MFC?
