[Dsg-mvt] Mass Flow Meter for MVT Test

Bob,
We do not have any MFM, there may be some in the gas shed from the CLAS
6 period. They would be the old MKS, and need the MKS-647 control box
(also in the gas shed). MVT does has a spare GE50a 500sccm MFC. The
control range is 2 to 100% full scale, so it should be able to measure
in the required range. How long would they do they need it?
