[Dsg-mvt] [New Logentry] SF cRIO Issues

Got an alarm that the SF cRIO was dead, however it was still online (could ping it). When running the GUI no values were updating.

Tried restarting the shared variable engine via SSH (which is used to publish PVs to EPICS among other things) to no avail.

I suspect this cRIO might have a flakey network cable/connection as we had a similar issue during RTPC installation. The network cable should probably be changed out during the next access.

Rebooting the cRIO via NI-MAX seems to have resolved the issue. Currently this cRIO only handles gas for the HTCC and MVT mixing, which were restored.
