[Dsg-mvt] report- bonus target and FMT detectors

Two separate, but possibly related issues.

1) The mixing tank pressure isn't cycling up and down like it should be: see mixing.png (But I think this might be okay since Bob made a configuration change on the valves?)
2) It looks like the either the heater isn't working or can't keep up: see temps.png

I'm not completely sure what the B_DET_FMT_GAS_STAT alarm is tied to, but it looks like the C4H10 flow has been particularly unstable as of late.

I hadn’t realized that this was sent only to me, not the whole group of (potentially) interested people. Let me know if that answers Maxence’s questions.
