[Dsg-rich] RICH detector frame cost?

Dear Marco Contalbrigo and Marco Mirazita, 

Marc McMullen has started the safety documentation required for the RICH detector frame assembly that is scheduled for January 2017. For part of the document, we need an estimated cost of RICH without any mirrors or electronics. Could you please provide us with this necessary information?
