[Dsg-rich] Buying boxes for RICH spherical mirror shipment

Dear Marco Mirazita, 

With regards to the boxes that the RICH mirrors will be shipped in, JLab Shipping and Receiving has recommended that we buy the boxes for the shipment as they do not have what we need on-hand. They recommended that the boxes be bought from uline.com. 

When is the deadline for shipping the mirrors? 

After ordering the boxes needed, they should be able to ship by the end of next week (week of November 28) at the latest. If the shipping deadline is sooner or more urgent, we could pack the mirrors using the packing method they were shipped to JLab and they could be shipped as soon as the shipping documentation is generated. 

Please let us know when the shipping deadline is.
