[Dsg-rich] Uploaded optical Tests for Mirror 4

Hi Tyler,
thank you so much.
I have now all the constants necessary to translate the z motor position 
in distance.
If you copy also the PlotD0.C, I will implement the calculation of the 
Mirror Radius from the minimum D0 position.
