[Dsg-rich] PlotD0.C file, finished mirror 1 optical tests

Dear Marco, 

Attached is PlotD0.C. It will also be uploaded to the website. 
The distance between the base of the mirror stand and the base of the CCD stand is 2785 mm. 

We have finished the measurements for mirror 1. The data will be uploaded to the website with the scanned logbook pages and PlotD0 pdf output. 

For mirror 1, we found: 
measured minimum d0 = 1.509 mm at Z = 57 mm. 
fit minimum d0 = 1.32 mm at Z = 57.00 mm. 

We will continue testing with mirror 3 this afternoon.
