[Dsg-rich] [Clas12_rich] EEL 124 layout for RICH assembly

Hey Marco:

I assume that you mean the outside dimensions - or the space consumed
from the cleanroom itself.  I have drawings, but I'm not confident that
they are accurate.  I will go over with a tape measure this morning and
physically confirm the measurements, and will send you the results
immediately thereafter.
