[Dsg-rich] [Clas12_rich] EEL 124 layout for RICH assembly

Here you go Marco...

As you can see from the sketch, the overall size of the vestibule and
air lock are similar to what was shown in the earlier drawings. The
most notable issue is the presence of the electrical breaker panel
and fire extinguisher at the rear of the room.  The safety keep out area
for those will have to be observed in your planning.
