[Dsg-rich] EEL 124 layout for RICH assembly, DCs moving?

Dear Walt, 

Since the clean room layout where RICH is rotated 90 degrees would be best for the assembly, that should be considered the final layout for how EEL 124 will be set up for RICH assembly. 

Also, it seems that only one R3 drift chamber has been moved out of the clean room and put in Hall B. The RICH assembly structure and detector frame are expected to arrive at JLab in November. Is there a contingency plan for the clean room layout if R3 DCs do not leave by November? Could they be moved to the shower curtain room or to where other DC regions were previously stored?
