[Dsg-rich] RICH ERR recommendations

Regarding your questions, the answers are below in-line:

Please see George's email. In short, there is no concern with crane clearance.

Top Deck of Forward Carriage is reserved for air compressors, tank and valve panel. Pictures of location attached. 
"Forward Carriage, Top Deck, Beam Right.JPG" is where the air tank and valve panel will be. 
"Forward Carriage, Top Deck, Beam Left.JPG" is where the two compressors will be. The brown tank in the picture will be moved.

"RICH gas tank with Air Cooling Valve Panel on front, Nitrogen Valve Panel on Right Side.JPG" shows the air tank with the valve panels for Air Cooling on front and Nitrogen Valve panel on right 
"Nitrogen Valve Panel on side of RICH gas tank.JPG" shows the nitrogen valve panel on the side of the air tank 
"RICH air compressor in EEL 124.JPG" is one compressor. The second compressor has already been put at a holding location in Hall B.
